Farkle is a simple dice game, in which users can play online with other players or against the computer. It includes four games: 5-dice game, 6-dice game, zarkle game, and team game. The rules for all of them are pretty simple: the players take turn rolling dice, then they should select at least one scoring dice: a 1 or a 5, three pairs, three of a kind, or a six-dice straight give you points. You can then pass and bank your points, or risk the points earned in that turn and roll the remaining dice again. To end a turn and keep the points obtained, the players just need to click on the "End Turn" button, but if they don't score any points the turn is over and they lose all points.
The game features a poor and not very attractive user interface, but it is really intuitive and easy to use. There is a possibility to chat with the rest of the players during a game, customize the sounds, text color and size, action color, and screen location. The game also shows a score list that includes all the total games played, your wins, farkles and barkles. It even includes a phrase list with nine customizable phrases that can be automatically added to the chat by simply clicking on a button.
